200g Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
¼ cup granola (optional)
Splash of almond milk (if needed)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth.
Top with berries, chia seeds, and granola if using.
Finish with a drizzle of almond butter.
Enjoy immediately or prep ahead and store in the fridge overnight.
